Drunken neighbor always result in law enforcement calls

My drunken, verbally abusive and physically abusive neighbor never seems to get the concept that it is his behavior and the mothers behavior of backing him up that is damaging the very well being of there children. 10 years I have lived in the same neighborhood and for 8 of them years it has been turmoil and incident after incident. Police one day and the same the next day. Constant calls of law enforcement always called to get the neighbor to calm down or stay inside his house where he belongs when he drinks.
Every time this neighbor picks up a can of beer, it always results in some altercation with a passer by or he becomes agitated and begins making false accusations against someone. The man once told me he prefer not to speak of violence because he had his cousin shot and killed in front of him but yet he provokes the very violence he says he doesn't want to be around. He instigates issue's and brings the worst out in others because he refuses to get the treatment he needs to be a functioning part of society.
Another neighbor of mine has a young daughter who goes to Sunday School every Sunday and she is involved with other activities outside of the home with her church. Every time the gentleman from church drops her off the neighbor with anger issue's is always present and starts a verbal tyrant verbal abuse with him. Calling him a pedophile, satans follower and always looking for a altercation. He accuses him of trying to look up his daughters skirt.
This is where it gets twisted. This girl and the neighbor with anger issue's girl were once friends but the girl found out she wasn't the friend she had always played herself out to be. She would come over to this girls house and torment her brother. She would come over to there house and boss everyone around but the moment the other little girl stood up for her brother the devils child ran home and spewed false allegations against everyone and even with witnesses around her parents always believe her word as truth.
Every single child the neighbor has, has been involved with some criminal mischief. Either breaking and entering, stealing, criminal damage to someone else property or disturbing the peace. Two of the 4 have lengthy probation and they are under the age of 12 years old. How is this even possible at such a age. The only possible answer is parents who choose not to run there house with discipline. The kids run the streets and no adult is ever outside. They are quick to judge others children but they are never outside to see anything happen. They take there childs word as solid gold and fuel a fight off of false allegations.
This is the very real part of society. The part law enforcement should be doing something about but refuse to do anything because state budgets are sliced in half and they would rather issue tickets to make a dollar.
In mexico citizens elect corrupt figures for school supplies

The country of Mexico is so poor the citizens are willing to elect drug lords and criminal politicians with simple promise and pass a side real politicians that seek change and better lives. My sister and her family live in Aguascalientes, Mexico. They have been there for 12 years as Baptist Missionaries. A town that once was one of the most safe cities in Mexico now being over taken by drug lords and corrupt politicians.
According to my sister who speaks fluent Spanish as well as the rest of her family went there back in 1997 in hopes of bringing the people of Mexico closer to god. Enriching there lives and helping them learn how to live faithfully to the Christian faith but with all the turmoil Mexico now faces with the overwhelming drug cartels taking over the whole country many who had strong beliefs in Christ have turned against religion to save there families.
Catholicism has bullishly turned against anyone reaching out to another faith and refused to give locals food if they turn against the catholic faith. Catholics in Mexico give out food boxes and they use to do it on normal given days but to disrupt matters and making Mexicans turn against the Christian faith they have chosen Sunday and Wensday around church service times for the Christian faith to hand out there food boxes.
Mexico just recently had there Gubernational to elect governors for each city in Mexico. One running on the campaign to fix the roads and help secure more jobs and one guy running with the campaign that he would give all families in the city school supplies and back packs so there children could have stuff for school and there is nothing wrong with that but the problem is the second choice is tied into the drug cartels and giving them safe haven with in the city my sister and her family live. He is a cocaine addict but the people elected him because he gave them something they would immediately get in the now verses roads that would help build business traffic and bring more jobs.
Mexico is so corrupt that the people would rather see things now then see a real future for there people. My sister also told me of a man they know who huffs glue all day long and he has a family member who is 4 years old who they have turned towards huffing glue. This is the culture drug lords breed. They steal your land and move there operations further into the cities that were once safe.
These are the very reasons why we need to seal off our boarders. These are the reasons we need to build a electrified fence to keep them there and not in America but people refuse to stop the crossing of illegal immigrants. They would rather blend them into American Society and allow them to earn money to take home to Mexico not America. They take free medical care and leave America to pay the bill. These reasons might not be the whole problem with health care but a serious part of the issues we struggle with in America.
Hugo Chavez has ties with Mexico and is trying to undermine the very help we give Mexico through refining the oil they produce. Hugo Chavez is as much a issue then a solution for Mexico. Columbia has no good ties with America or good will in helping Mexico but what he does have is a plan to take away from Mexicans than to give help. Every dictating country builds ties through false gifts and once there minds have turned pro chavez they slow down the gifts and begin taking.
We can't allow Mexico to destroy the foundation of America and the folks who refuse to see it are just as much a part of the growing concerns with illegal crossings. Law is law and plenty out there cry when the law doesn't do there job but now over this issue when you try and stop the breaking of laws you stand against the very people you always easily ask for help and assistance.
It's time to stop being a part of the Illegal issue and start being a solution for the illegal crossing. Being American doesn't give others the explicit right to tread into our lands and take.
Solar, Wind & Geo-Thermal Energy On The Rise

When most of us think about green products we shrug our shoulders and wonder what far fetched idea is the government or some unknown name going to throw at us next but the catch is there is no catch at all and renewable resources are by far a more abundant asset we have but have yet embraced the idea because we have been dependent on fossil fuels for so long many refuse to grasp the concept of a much cheaper way we can fuel our automobiles or even bring electricity and warm water into our home.
We have been studying renewable resources for probably 2 or 3 decades but what or the reason many still have no will to adapt to it is at this stage in the game it's expensive to get it started and the savings in one's pocket would take years to recoup thus in their own reality not saving them money at all but wasting it but you can't look at everything in such a bleak view because the savings aren't initially there at the moment.
Makani Energy a company that has netted $150,000,000.00 in funds from various investors like google have been working with a kite flying turbine system that speaks about generating 1 megawatt (MW) of electricity through it's kite turbine system. The resources are out there but few people want to take the time to be inventitive enough to put there minds to work and come up with ways to help remove dependency on fossil fuels.
Many folks have no concept of what or how fossil fuels are created and think it is simply a resource that just lays with in the earths core or structure and it will never run out but the fact is fossil fuels have been created over billions of years and some believe we have tapped about half of easy to get to fossil fuels such as oil and coal in just the meager 240 or so years as a country. Pretty short time considering it took billions of years to create these valuable fuels to use isn't it.
Fossil fuels are oil, coal which mother nature has took years to create from dead plant life and other things. Packed far and compressed far below the earths surface setting years breaking down into a energy producing substance. To help preserve what resource we have left we should be looking and already using what we can get for free, instead of ripping up billions of years of nature to take. We have free resources at the finger tips that lay above ground but have yet to even tap into them in any large scale means.
Through using renewable resource we no longer need to rob the earth of it's life. We can use the rays from sun to create heat,electricity but few companies even use the vast amount of resources at there hands because of simple greed for the almighty dollar. If the government gave decent credits to install renewable energy stations I think we could begin seeing a new page in history. By lessening the use we can stop and possibly prevent many nasty events that lay waiting as we deplete the earth of everything it has to fuel greed.
Will Financial Reform Bill Hurt or Help!

This begs to be the question of this new decade. Will financial reform truly help or break the very foundation of banking and investments. I am not to clear on the new bill waiting to be signed, nor will I sit for years to read and understand all of it but I have browsed bits and pieces of it and I do think in some gray area's it could help slow down the possibilities of serious failures in some financial dealings maybe even deal rail them before they have a chance to swindle investors or even capsize the economy.
I'm 100% certain there is no true cure for financial mayhem but educating yourself and living by the age old concept of saving is one way to protect yourself from ever having to end up like the many hundreds of thousands who lost all in this meltdown over the last 3 years. It's always better to be prepared when things are at there best because you can rest assure that there will be recoil somewhere along the line and things will retract in the economy. It is a part of life we simply can and will not get away from. It is what we call the simple rule about the circle of life. Like Isaac Newton's Study in relativity. What goes up must come down eventually and that is exactly where the financial system went.
The fast cash till payday business has helped fuel and destroy many families just as the invisible dealings in the stock markets and thieving wall street brokers. One mans downfall is another mans gold mine so to speak. I do feel Wall Street needs to be more transparent in it's financial dealings. I do feel we need some reform over the housing markets and the way mortgages are lent out like a tissue and I do believe that we are on a track to help curb the greed on Wall Street but it also will slow the markets and the way we build business at home and conduct it abroad.
Like any bill or law we have fashioned through time there are loopholes and unethical boundaries we push to the limits. With all the billions lost in the market over ponzi schemes there really must be more background and more policing of hedge funds and companies that deal in no real physical product we can hold or see in everyday life and more accountability needs to be transparent for the world to feel safer when they decide to invest. Markets are so hidden and some facts we need to know are able to be twisted into many directions we get fooled by success that we fail to see the very workings we are in are no more then one big smoke show that is soon to clear out many peoples bank accounts before they got a chance to realize they have been taken for a ride but left with little or no recourse to take back what was stolen.
I hope over time this bill will evolve and really help create a better financial structure and system that holds aggressive behavior accountable for there failed attempts and destruction of lives.
Memory lane can bring some really nasty sentiment

Memory lane can bring some really serious thought and questioning of how I, we have managed to make it this far but many of the folks we grew up with didn't get the chance to walk away from a terrible accident, death in war or a simple overdose on a medication because our mind, our heart had been broken beyond easy repair.
I think at many moments I have taken life for granted on many occasions and have luckily been able to walk away without any serious or life threatening injuries but many people I have grown up with died at a young age from a drunk driver or merely just a fatal accident that instead of injury resulted in a fatality. I was reading a facebook post just today and come across a obituary of a old best friend. Rickie L. Hiatt Jr. before my parents separated in 1985 and my mother packed us kids up and headed to Arkansas, me and my friend Rickie used to play together on a pretty daily schedule.
I would always meet rickie at his house and we would run around the yard and dig in the dirt and play in his tree house. I swear I remember hearing about his death but not for certain or not. I happened to be on a acquaintance facebook page scanning through pictures and come across this obituary. It happened to be one of Rickie L.Hiatt Jr. It was a mind numbing pause. So I searched the net for the name and come across a the name and read the obituary. Not revealing to much on how he died but simply that he served in Iraq in 2005 and was hurt while on duty and was awarded many awards for his service and medically honorable discharge from the Army. Not knowing what he died from but knowing he did die in 2007 in Elm,Tx and buried in Peoria,Illinois.
It kind of had a emotional effect and my mind rewind to the earlier days as a child growing up. Running around, enjoying life and having no real care in the world but being home on time or dread the series of butt whooping that would begin on entering the door, anyways it kind of makes you wonder how easily that death could have just as easy been yours. I have been in some series accidents 3 to date and everyone I have been able to walk away from with no broken bones, serious cuts or paralyzed. It makes you think of how lucky your life has been, even when your so disgusted with current circumstances but as we grow up some of the people we grew up with didn't get so lucky the first or second time around. It might not put your thought into the perspective mode but I truly am blessed that every accident I have been through I have been able to walk away alive.
I wish some of the people I grew up with had that same blessing to simply walk away to live another day but we don't get to choose our demise per say. I would guess my conclusion would be to be greatful for every moment you share with family, Be greatful you walked away alive and be greatful for every minute you breath everyday, because you never truly know when your time is going to come. I seriously encourage everyone to take every opportunity you got to enjoy life. Make your life worth while and leave a legacy or something to positively stamp yourself as a true friend, love or parent.
