Aren't We All A part Of A Union No Matter What

Aren't we all a part of a union no matter how we spin it or what twist we put on what type or faction of union it may be? No matter how we perceive it we all are a part of one and the sooner you except it, the better you may understand how many other who are involved in labor unions feel with historical events to back up the very reason everyone deserve equal treatment.

The United States found July 4th 1776. Why was America created and what was the main reason. The United States wanted independence from English rule and to govern themselves. We wanted Freedom, free speech, freedom of religious choice and equality amongst all man who lived. We wanted to be treated with dignity and respect. We wanted to be ourselves.

So I guess my big question or concern is why is it so hard for people to see exactly what a labor union is and why is it so different from the same reasons we live to protect each day. We don't want freedom of speech taken, we don't want freedom of religion taken away and we don't want to be treated as criminals with in side our own country. Hardworking people don't want to make minimum wage when huge Corporations make billions and we all just want a fair days wage for the huge profits we churn out daily for huge companies.

Unions get bashed daily. They get criticized over who and what they are and we get stabbed in the back by the very people who say they want freedom and equal rights and to be treated fairly. We as a country fight to preserve this country and what it stands for. We fight to keep the rights afforded to us by our constitution and we fight to keep every man equal but when it comes to wages, health care being treated fairly in the workplace we all become enemies and fight against each other.

Certain industries in this country us folks to make enormous profits but they the company does little to show or push appreciation for hard work and when people rebel against this behavior and demand respect and a little gratitude for hard work we are slandered and made out to be crooks, criminals and unsavory people who feel we are owed. What if your government told you that you had to pay for freedom. What if your government told you that to speak freely you had to buy free speech credits would that seem fair and equal.

Sure unions have issues and so do companies who abuse there rights as employers. They use unsavory tactics to suppress and control the workforce and if your not union they could fire you at moments notice and the labor board of this country takes no less then a year to begin a investigation. When someone is wrongfully fired as a union member that has a contract for work they are expedited because the company agreed to a contract and under federal and state laws these contracts are like the constitution and steps must be followed to create a fair front for both sides involved like a mini court trial.

Union workers aren't the evil people like many make us out to be but a front to stop huge companies from abusing there power to try and force control and over burden and pay low substandard wages. Yeah you say some unions might overstep but doesn't your government overstep there legal rights. Think about what I have said and tell me in all honesty that America isn't a union and the constitution isn't the contract we all expect to be followed and fairly delegated amongst all living human beings in America.
