Jobless Rate unchanged but profits pour in for big companies

Jobless rates have been unchanged since February but yet companies have more cash and revenue's pouring in since 2008 and 2009. So I guess the question is. Have we managed a way to get people to do more in there daily work schedule or have companies just simply wasted money in the top level of employment and these savings are being seen from cuts in management and excess inventories or machines setting around being removed to stop the useless spending of cash on machines that provide no income but suck the life out of profits.

A earlier article I read posted the strong possibilities of job growth in the range of 100,000 new jobs possible every month sometime in the spring months to come. With profits being seen across many industries you would hope somewhere in that mix of check and balance, that some new jobs or old jobs would soon be open to help lower the countries unemployment rate sometime soon.

Even though we have hit a few benchmarks since the recession which caused millions jobs in 2008 and 2009 we are far from a total recovery and many million still sitting in the unemployment lines with benefits running out or have run out and no income to keep the homes and food on there plates.
