The Body Is A Pretty Resilient Structural Frame

Who else would deny that the human body is anything but a piece of brilliant made and planned structural artwork. Our body is so resilient, that it can heal itself, build itself and manage itself provided we take in the necessary minerals, vitamins and water to help keep the balance inline and intact.
Our bodies are a mecca of everything that is holy about it but we fail at times to care for our body and nourish our body and the internal mechanism's that help the body mechanics align themselves begin to breakdown and the healing process heals at a much slower rate then normal and one reason being is we tend to get lazy and look past the importance of proper dieting and exercise to help fuel and maintain our own health and balance.

Even though there are somethings our bodies can not do alone, it's our responsibility to make sure we provide to our body what it needs to regenerate and supply it with the necessary tools it needs to keep healthy and injury free. Heavy lifting should always be done using your legs and pulling or tucking in the object being lifted into your belly. Exercising and stretching before any strenuous activities, helps loosen the bodies mechanics to be able to absorb shock and prevent serious injury to yourself.

Many people all over skip through the process in keeping a healthy body. They eat little of the foods they need and take in many of the foods that help destroy the mechanics of the body. Sugar intake in America is phenominal and to much over time can cause diabetes and other ailments that produce life long treatments. There are reason's there are reasons we need a seven course meal and each of those courses have measures of what the body needs to stay healthy and sound. Each group provides a basic essential for the body like energy, weight control, mental stability and so on.

If we all did our parts in caring for our body and took in the needed nutrition and put a efforst into having a normal life of eating properly and exercising we could help create a decrease in health care insurance costs. Keeping out of the doctors and the Emergency Room over self created health issue's would show a drastic decrease in reasons we visit health care facilities.

Just sit back and think about that. Getting off the subject a bit but I don't want government controlled health care and neither should you. We as people can fix the system but the only way we fix the system is by fixing our habits and physical care of ourselves. We don't need control by the government in everything we do in daily life.
